Fill out our initial form to provide us with your basic information.  If we are looking for new inspectors in your area, we'll reach out to schedule a video call.  If we don't have a current need in your area, we'll keep your information handy.

Meet with our team

Sit down with us for a 30-45 minute video chat. We’ll talk through how everything works, answer any of your questions, and discuss how we can help your business grow.

Step 3

Set up your business profile

We'll collect necessary information and create your account.  Our team will walk you through each step and let our booking team know when you're ready to accept booking opportunities.

Our team will show you how to navigate the Inspectify app.  Once you are fully onboarded with Inspectify, you'll be able to log in to the app and start receiving jobs in your area.

Frequently asked questions

How does the platform work?

Inspectify makes it simple for consumer and large-scale clients to book an inspection. We'll collect all of the details, including occupancy status, access information, scheduling availability and any other important details. Then, based on available services, service area and price, we'll reach out to an inspector partner with the job offer.  Jobs come to you completely ready to go, all you need to do, is inspect!

How do I get paid?

During the onboarding process, our team will collect your banking details. You are paid directly by Inspectify upon submission of the inspection report via ACH (direct deposit may take 2-3 business days). Since payments are automated, there is no need to invoice Inspectify, saving you time!

Do I have to use the Inspectify inspection app?

Yes, most inspection jobs will require the use of the Inspectify app. Our app is intended to allow inspectors to publish on-site, which means there is nothing more to do once you leave the property.

What type of insurance am I required to carry?

Inspectify requires all inspector partners to have an active insurance policy with general liability coverage.

Will there be any liability issues on behalf of my business by partnering with Inspectify?

All inspector partners must agree to our Master Inspection & Services Agreement. Any questions can be discussed during your onboarding call.

Are there any annual or membership fees?

There is no cost to join the Inspectify platform. This means if we aren't bringing you jobs or you are unavailable for a job, partnering with us costs you nothing. A 20% platform fee is deducted from some inspection types if you accept the job.
