Frequently asked questions
Inspectify makes it simple for consumer and enterprise clients to book an inspection. Our team will collect all of the details, including property occupancy status, access information, scheduling availability and any other important details. Then, we’ll reach out with job offers based on the service area and service offerings noted in your Inspector Dashboard. Jobs come to you completely ready to go — all you need to do is inspect!
Select your payment preferences through the secure portal in your Inspector Dashboard, and we’ll handle the rest. Inspectors are paid directly by Inspectify upon submitting the inspection report. Payments are automated, so there’s no need to invoice us—saving you time!
Yes — In addition to standard home inspections, Inspectify works with clients to create custom-scope inspections tailored to their specific business needs. This is why the Inspectify Home Inspection App is required for most inspections. The app enables inspectors to complete and publish reports on-site, minimizing follow-up tasks after leaving the property.
Yes, you must be a licensed home inspector. In states without licensing requirements, we require certification from a recognized organization, such as InterNACHI, ASHI, or local associations like CREIA (California) or FABI (Florida), which typically require ongoing education, adherence to a code of ethics, and compliance with standards of practice.
Inspectify requires all inspectors to have an active insurance policy with general liability coverage.
Inspectify requires all inspectors to agree to our Master Inspection & Services Agreement. We encourage you to review the agreement and discuss it with your insurance provider, if needed. If you have any questions, please contact us at partnerships@inspectify.com, and our team will be happy to assist you!
There’s no cost to join the Inspectify platform, and no annual fees. For ancillary services (e.g., well inspections or foundation inspections), a 20% platform fee is deducted from the pricing you set.
